Welcome to Orde. These terms govern the use of the Orde mobile application and its corresponding web services, developed and operated by HLR Studio. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
Orde is a personal shift organization tool designed to help you project rotating shift patterns, log coworker swaps and exceptions, set alerts, and share your days off with family.
2. Notice on Hours Calculation (No Payroll Advice)
The hours calculation provided in Orde is strictly informational and for your personal convenience. Orde is not an official timeclock or payroll processing software. Hour totals are calculated solely based on the schedules you configure and do not supersede official employer records, collective bargaining agreements, or certified pay stubs.
3. Free Version and Orde Pro
Orde is free to use with small, discreet ads. To eliminate all ads and access advanced multi-schedule features, we offer Orde Pro:
- One-time payment (Lifetime): Permanent access to Orde Pro with no recurring fees.
- Annual subscription: Renews automatically each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
4. App Store Purchases
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through official app marketplaces: the Google Play Store (Google LLC) for Android and the App Store (Apple Inc.) for iOS. You can manage, cancel, or modify subscriptions at any time via your account settings on Google Play or Apple ID.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the application and its share links lawfully. Any unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated requests against our endpoints is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for precision and reliability, Orde is provided on an «as is» basis. HLR Studio shall not be liable for missed shifts resulting from OS-level battery saver restrictions, device misconfigurations, or network connectivity failures.
